Current source#

block

Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#

 The Current source implements the operation of a non-ideal DC or sinusoidal current source. The positive direction of current is assumed to be the direction away from the output port (corresponding to the block icon (#title1)). The current magnitude is determined by the following expressions:

  • Source type DC (1)

(1)#\[ I=J\cdot\mathrm{U}\mathrm{g} \]

where \(J\) is the specified value of direct current;

  • Source type AC (2):

(2)#\[ I=I_{m}\mathrm{s}\mathrm{i}\mathrm{n}\left(2\pi \mathrm{f}\mathrm{t}+\phi \right)\cdot \mathrm{U}\mathrm{g} \]

where:

 \( I_m \) - amplitude value of current, [A];

 \( f \) - source frequency, [Hz];

 \( \phi \) - initial phase, [°];

 \( g \) - internal conductivity, [S].
