Three-phase rectifier#
Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#
This block is a three-phase bridge rectifier scheme contains a rectifier bridge of six vents in which two three-phasegroups are connected in series, Fig. 1:
Fig. 1 Three-phase rectifier#
Diode block implements a diode model, the СVD of which is described by the following exponential function (1) :
where:
\(i\) - diode current, [A];
\(u\) - diode voltage, [V];
\(i_s\) - Saturation current, [А];
\(N\) - Emission coefficient;
\(k\) - Boltzmann constant (1.3806503e–23 [J/K]);
\(q\) - elementary electric charge (1.602176e–19 [C]);
\(T\) - the diodes temperature for which their other parameters are indicated, [K].
