Generator relay protection#
Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#
Relay protection (RP) is a set of systems that provide automatic detection of faults (SC, overloads, and power failures) and shutdown of the generator to prevent serious accidents.
The unit implements TOP of the generator, protection against increased voltage during generator idle running, protection against increased and decreased frequency, protection against reverse power.
