Block appearance in REPEAT VISION

 The Sign block calculates the value of the input signal using the following algorithm (1):

(1)\[\begin{split} f(t) = \begin{cases} -1, & \mbox{если } u(t)<0,\\ 0, & \mbox{если } u(t)=0,\\ 1, & \mbox{если } u(t)>0 \end{cases} \end{split}\]

where \(f(t)\), \(u(t)\) - output and input signals of the block.
