Convective heat transfer#
Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#
The Convective heat transfer block describes the heat exchange between fluid or gas flows and the surface of a body.
Heat flux in the block according to the Newton’s law of cooling: (1) :
where:
\(k\) - heat transfer coefficient;
\(F\) - surface area of the heat exchange, [m\(^2\)];
\(T_1\) - temperature of the body 1, [℃];
\(T_2\) - temperature of the body 2, [℃].
