Synchronizer#
Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#
Power grid synchronizer is a device for safely connecting a generator to a working grid or in parallel to other generators. It automatically balances voltage, frequency, and phases, preventing current surges and equipment damage. Its primary function is to align the rotor speed with the stator magnetic field frequency before activation. The device ensures safe switching on, preventing consequences similar to SC when switching on unsynchronized machines.
