Weighted Sample Time Math#

block

Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#

The Weighted Sample Time Match block outputs the weighted sampling time, weighted sampling rate or mathematically adjusted weighted sampling time depending on the settings of the parameters Type of Operation and Sample Time Weight and the execution context of the function output.

Note

Use the Sample Time Weight parameter to specify the calculation time weight factor.

Hint

One can use a block to extract a sample time from a signal. To do this, set the value Sample Time for the parameter Type of Operation and the value 1.0 for the parameter Sample Time Weight. With this configuration, the block outputs an input signal sample time.

The block calculates its output using priority rules for operators. For example:

  • For Plus operation type (1) :

(1)#\[y+(\Delta t \cdot w) \]
  • For Division operation type (2) :

(2)#\[y/(\Delta t \cdot w) \]

Important

Block supports C source code generation

Hint

The block supports displaying values of coefficients on blocks instead of an image of the block itself
