Relay minus with variable deadband and hysteresis#
Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#
The Relay minus with variable deadband and hysteresis block is a submodel with a relay algorithm with variable hysteresis (variable return area) and variable deadband. Hysteresis and dead zone are set by block input signals.
Block output signal is non-negative, and the relay operates only when the input signal is negative (otherwise the output is zero). The block is described by the equation:
If y(t-∆t)>0 (1):
If y(t-∆t)≤0 (2):
where:
\(t\) – current integration step;
\((t-∆t)\) – previous integration step.
