Thermohydraulics#
The Thermohydraulics library is a specialized set of components for developing hydraulic systems of various purposes and topologies, taking into account temperature effects.
It includes blocks for modeling:
Hydraulic resistance;
Pumps;
Hydraulic motors;
Valves;
Gate valve;
Drives;
Pipelines;
Capacities;
Heat exchangers.
The library components allow the development of zero- and one-dimensional (0D/1D) models and the evaluation of processes occurring in them in stationary and non-stationary modes.
The library allows you to model:
Cooling systems;
Heating systems;
Industrial technological systems;
Hydraulic drives taking into account temperature effects;
Lubrication systems;
Fuel supply systems;
Heat networks.
The user can set the properties of the required coolant using the block Liquid properties (TL) in the form of 0/1/2D dependencies.
The Thermohydraulics library integrates with multidisciplinary models developed using the libraries Pneumatics, Automation, Mechanics and Heat exchange through specialized ports. This provides a comprehensive approach to modeling hydraulic systems taking into account thermal processes, and also allows for the implementation and verification of control system algorithms.
Important
The heat carriers within this library are single-phase.
