Two level PWM generator#
Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#
The Two level PWM generator block is designed to control converters built with one elbow, with two elbows, with three elbows.
This block generates four signals: one carrier and three reference (for three phases, respectively), if the control method of the three-phase bridge converter is selected. If the control method of the converter with two elbows is selected, 3 signals are generated, of which two reference signals are in antiphase. Only one reference signal and one carrier signal are used when controlling a single-elbow converter. The reference signals are compared to the carrier signal during calculation to create control pulses for the controlled key switches of the bridge circuit. Depending on the selected type, 2 signals (1 elbow), 4 signals (2 elbows), 6 signals (3 elbows) will be generated at the output from the block.
