Voltage-controlled voltage source (SPICE E)#

block

Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#

 The Voltage-controlled voltage source (SPICE E) block is a model of a voltage source that is functionally similar to the voltage-controlled voltage source (VCS) of the standard SPICE libraries.

 The block has infinite resistance at the input and zero resistance at the output. The output voltage is equal to:

(1)#\[U_{out}=K \cdot U_{in}\]

where:

 \(K\) – gain coefficient;

 \(U_{in}\) – instantaneous value of voltage at the input.

  • when selecting the option POLY (2) :

(2)#\[U_{out}=\Sigma^n_{i=1}K_i \cdot U_{in}^{i-1}\]

where:

 \(n\) – order of the polynomial;

 \(i\) – ordinal number of the polynomial coefficient;

 \(K_i\) – value of the i-coefficient of the polynomial.
