Pressure meter (IH)#

The Pressure meter (IH) unit measures the absolute pressure in a node (absolute sensor) or the pressure difference in a section of the hydraulic network (differential sensor).

The sensor’s operating mode depends on the user-selected value of the Sensor type property, which can, accordingly, take the values Absolute or Difference:

The absolute sensor has 1 port for connection to the pressure control point and measures the absolute value of the parameter in the given node (1) :

where P\(_{in}\) is the absolute pressure in the node connected to the input port of the unit, [Pa];

The differential sensor has 2 ports for connection to pressure control points and measures the difference between these points (2) :

(2)#\[P=P_{ВХ} - P_{ВЫХ}\]

where:

\(P_{ВХ}\) - pressure in the node connected to the input port of the unit, [Pa];

\(P_{ВЫХ}\) - pressure in the node connected to the output port of the unit, [Pa].
