Variable capacitor#
Block appearance in REPEAT VISION#
The Variable capacitor block represents a mathematical model of a variable capacitor whose current is described by the following differential equation (1):
(1)#\[I(t)=\frac{d(C(t) \cdot U(t))}{dt}=C(t) \cdot \frac{dU(t)}{dt}+U(t) \cdot \frac{dC(t)}{dt}\]
where:
C(t) is a function of the capacitor capacitance, [F];
U(t) - voltage on the capacitor, [V];
I(t) - current flowing through the capacitor, [A].
